The Airbus A320 Main Landing Gear (MLG) Access Platform is designed to provide maintenance personnel with a safe, stable, and ergonomic working environment when performing inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on the aircraft's main landing gear assemblies.
Two platform configurations are available to match the aircraft's landing gear arrangement:
- MA50352.1 is specifically designed for access to the Right-Hand (R/H) Main Landing Gear.
- MA50352.2 is specifically designed for access to the Left-Hand (L/H) Main Landing Gear.
Each platform is engineered to closely follow the geometry and contours of its respective landing gear installation, providing optimal access to inspection points, hydraulic components, actuators, wheel assemblies, and associated systems. By improving accessibility and technician comfort, these platforms help reduce maintenance time while enhancing workplace safety and efficiency.
