Tri-wheeler swaging tool creases the ends of sleeve while flaring them onto chamfers of the bearing and of the housing. They feature three rollers that ensure consistent and uniform swaging, providing a secure fit for pipes and tubes, making installations efficient and reliable.
When intermediate sleeve is not present the wheeler flares out portion of housing onto the bearing (HOB)

  • Boeing BAC5435 Roller Swage Housing 8.3.1 Fig 6 or
  • Equivalent to ST932 tools per AS design
